Dr. Justin Paul is a distinguished academic with a remarkable educational journey. He holds three doctoral degrees, one from the University of Brighton, England, another from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an honorary doctorate from Calcutta. His academic prowess is further demonstrated by his three Master's/PG degrees/diplomas and a Bachelor's degree with a Gold Medal. Dr. Paul brings extensive experience as a tenured full Marketing and International Business Professor at the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, USA, and as a visiting professor for three years at the University of Reading, Henley Business School, UK. Since 2020, he has been serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Consumer Studies (IJCS), the leading consumer research journal with an A rank and the highest impact factor in the world.

Prof Satish Kumar has over 21 years of teaching and research experience at management institutes of repute in India and abroad. He has obtained his doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee in 2012. He has also qualified Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2007. Dr. P. Murugan has completed his PhD from Anna University, Chennai, and worked with IIM Shillong, Australian Council for Educational Research, New Delhi, and National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.

He received the University of Hyderabad's chancellor's award for his contributions to both teaching and research. He has a passion for Research, and he has been a resource person for more than 230 workshops and FDP programs held at many universities and B-Schools in India (e.g., Amrita University-Coimbatore, Anna University-Chennai, CUSAT-Cochin, IIM-Indore, IIM-Shillong, IIT Bombay, K. J. Somaiya, NIT-Trichy, NMIMS-Mumbai, SPJIMR-Mumbai, Symbiosis University-Pune, TISS-Hyderabad, VIT-Vellore).

His expertise lies in the areas of Multivariate Data Analysis Techniques, Mediation Analysis, Moderation Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling, Latent Profile Analysis, and Item Response Theory. Dr. Mukherjee earned his Ph.D. in linguistics and applied linguistics from Arizona State University in 2019. His doctoral dissertation investigates skin-color racism in the context of urban male population of the Indian subcontinent from a multimodal critical discourse analytic approach. Dr. Mukherjee holds an M.A. and an M.Phil. in linguistics from the University of Delhi, India. His current publications explore a variety of areas in theoretical and applied linguistics.

His research work has been acknowledged in the form of research awards, fellowships, grants, and conference presentations. Dr. Mukherjee’s present research interests include critical discourse analysis, colorism, multimodal analysis, language and gender, language and identity, conversation analysis, minimalist syntax, intercultural communication, and advertisement analysis.

As a qualitative researcher, Dr. Mukherjee finds multidisciplinary methodology as the perfect tool to investigate potential research topics. He is curious about social phenomena that are comprised of complex layers of human language, context, ideology, biases, culture, communication, and multiple modalities.

Dr. Sayantan Mukherjee has previously taught courses in argumentative writing, writing composition, writing across curriculum, English grammar, and linguistics to undergraduate students at Arizona State University and Chandler-Gilbert Community College in Arizona, US.
